I am an observer, listener, storyteller, writer and editor with a passion for social change through education.

My background

I've helped clients across a range of industries understand consumer insights that shape innovative products and services. While my current focus is on education, arts and health care, I've worked across a range of industries including retail, human resources management, CPG, consumer electronics, and food.

When I'm not interviewing teachers about what makes feedback effective or young adults trying to earn entry-level jobs, I'm active in supporting the next generation of designers in Chicago. I've coached budding design thinkers through Design for America at Northwestern University and created a design curriculum for elementary students at Doolittle Elementary in Bronzeville.

I'm a midwesterner by blood, a southerner at heart and a Chicagoan by will.
